"I have to be on Facebook" something that most business owners have said to themselves at one time or another. Its a phrase that has almost replaced "I have to get a website". Well its all true.
Facebook pages and websites may not lead to direct sales but it certainly can lead to lost sales. We have all been on a poorly constructed website and decided that this would not be a business we would patronize. The same thing applies to being a "fan" or "liking" a company on Facebook.
