For years we have been telling our customers that consumers "Research Online and Buy Offline" and although consumer spending online has increased, their research has increased. An important part of this research is done in the pages of newspapers and on the websites of these same companies. Part of the reason why is that newspapers, and their websites, are trusted news sources and command large audiences, audiences deemed valuable by advertisers who then use display ads to drive business to both brick and mortar and cyber locations.
