This Season At Flushing Town Hall

We have an exciting season upon us at Flushing Town Hall this Fall, with a wide array of performances, workshops and more. Join us in celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15 to October 15 ¬– with and a top-notch lineup that includes several artists hailing from Spain, Columbia, Cuba, and Brazil.

On the musical horizon: Grammy Award-winner Arturo O’Farrill will bring his talents to Queens for a night of hot Latin jazz on September 19. M.A.K.U SoundSystem's day-long drumming workshop, concert and dance party is slated for October 4. And, on October 5, Brazilian master drummer Dende will lead a jam session and workshop, Drumming Under the Moon in Flushing Town Hall’s beautiful garden.

These fantastic events are just a sampling of the diverse programming that Flushing Town Hall features at its historic venue. This fall, Flushing Town Hall will host everything from a piano recital by 10-year-old Chinese prodigy Huang Tiange to a jazz performance led by the legendary Jimmy Heath to a unique workshop on canning and lacto-fermentation.

Flushing Town Hall celebrates global arts for a global community, drawing audiences from the five boroughs and beyond. In addition to an improved ticking system on a newly revamped website, the nonprofit has expanded benefits for members, with perks such as a pre-performance lounge serving refreshments.
