The top 25 BBQ recipes (5 from each borough) will appear in the June 19th BBQ in the BOROS Recipe Section and will be invited to a cook-off at the Harlem Fairway on June 26th to grill up the goodness. Cook-off contestants will receive a $100 Fairway gift card to buy all of their ingredients morning of the event and can use plates, pots, and certain electronics brought from home.
Judges will award one winner per borough as their borough's Grill Master.
From those five contestants a GRAND PRIZE WINNER will be decided.
One winner per borough to be named the Boro's Best Grill Master. Each of these top picks will win a $500 Fairway gift card and a $100 P.C. Richard & Son gift card.
Out of these top five, there will be one grand prize winner: NEW YORK’S GRILL MASTER. The grand prize winner will receive a $1,000 Fairway gift card, a $250 P.C. Richard & Son gift card, as well as a Weber gas grill valued at $1,000, courtesy of P.C. Richard & Son.
The recipe must include: recipe name, prep time, cooking time, ingredients & amounts, instructions, serving amount and photo of completed dish.
